Absolutely underwhelming, had to ring the doorbell every single time I returned! Who knew I was gonna need an intercom at a 'luxury' ryad? And don't get me started on the owners' complete lack of empathy. Expected some special treatment for the inconvenience, but guess that's too much to ask here.
